Generating File Feeds with Sales & Orders allows you to create a URL version of your data feed to share across different channels. By default the following files can be exported in either OR both CSV and TXT formats:
Google
Bing (FREE)
Facebook
Pinterest
Snapchat
How to Generate Files
From the File Feeds section on the Feeds page, click on the + Add Feed button
This will take you to the Feed Channels page where you'll see several options. The highlighted boxes below are the file feed options.
Click the Activate button on the bottom right of the selected file feed channel
NOTE: If you don't have enough channels available, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan
Once you activate your File Feed channel, the system will begin generating your feed. This usually take about 5-10 minutes.
Copy the plain text URL from the field provided and upload to your desired platform
Files are automatically updated every 24 hours, however you can also click Generate files again to perform a manual update.
Note: This may take a couple of minutes to complete, depending on the size of your feed. It's best to click out of this page and back in shortly after to see if your file has been completed.
