Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted to our team for processing

To request a cancellation of a plan, start by navigating to the Billing section of your account:

  1. Click on the tab for Payment Info

  2. Click Request Cancellation

  1. Select a reason for cancelling

  2. OPTIONAL: Additional comments / feedback

Click Submit to send your cancellation request to our billing team. Please allow for between 24-72hrs depending on day/time of cancellation request submission for your request to be processed.
