Please Note: If you are sending a new feed to Merchant Center there is a 24-72 hour average wait time where Google will crawl your feed and website.
This is indicated in your Merchant Center account as 'Pending' and on the Diagnostics tab in your account indicated by the color orange.
If you experience a longer than average Pending status, you must contact Google Adwords Support directly and request your account be reviewed by their escalation team.

Product disapprovals can be due to a number of reasons, but they are always indicative of missing or invalid data within your feed.
Since product data is sourced from your E-Commerce store or your imported File/URL, these are the places you must first check.
To review product issues in your account, navigate to the Issues tab and scroll down to 'Product Issues.'
This outlines the issues that are causing disapprovals in your feed:
If the Product Issues are not populated, click 'Import Product Issues' and wait about 5-15mins and refresh your browser.
