You must have a Facebook Pixel created and installed on your BigCommerce store.  Our app will create a Pixel if you do not have one already, however you must still install it.

Your Pixel must also be attached to your Catalog if that has not been done so already:

How to Attach Your Catalog to Your Pixel

  1. Log into your Facebook Account
  2. Go to Business Manager
  3. Open the Business Manager Menu
  4. Click on All Tools > Catalogs

Now, you're looking for the catalog that is flagged with Connect Catalog to Event Sources:

  1. Click Connect Catalog to Event Sources
  2. Choose the appropriate Pixel
  3. Click Save
