Import Google Shopping Campaigns To Microsoft Bing

Retailers may import Shopping campaigns from Google into Microsoft right in the S&O platform! Here's how you can do it!

Updated over a week ago

Retailers are able to quickly import their Google Shopping campaigns into Microsoft Bing with this feature found right in the Sales & Orders Campaign Manager!

Before you can get started, there are a few requirements:

  1. Google Ads is authenticated to your S&O Account

  2. Active Google Shopping feed(s)/campaign(s) built in our platform

  3. Microsoft Advertising is authenticated to your S&O account

  4. You have a Microsoft feed active

If these criteria are met, it's time to get started!

First, navigate to the Campaign Manager and go to the Campaigns page.

From here, click Import Campaigns to reveal the dropdown of options and select Import Google to Microsoft.

This will open the import wizard. From here, you're able to fix any connections that may be missing.

If everything is set up beforehand you'll automatically be brought to the final step, which is to input the Import Credential ID.

To get your ID, log into your Microsoft Advertising account and search Import Crediential ID in the search bar at the top of the page, and click on the result under Pages.

Once here, you will be prompted to sign into your Google Ads account.

Once you sign in, the ID will appear. Copy the ID and head back to your S&O Account.

Lastly, paste your code into the Credential ID field, select the campaign(s) you wish to import and click Import Selected Campaigns.

This will trigger the import of your campaigns from Google into Microsoft. It may take about 15-30 minutes for the campaigns appear in S&O.
