Following the activating of your first feeds channel, you will be brought to the main feeds dashboard.
This section provides you with a broad overview of your overall feed status, i.e. approved, disapproved, etc. for each active channel, as well as information on when your feed was last submitted and more.
The Daily Stats chart view gives you a more interactive look into your feed health for each channel individually over the last 30 day period. Simply click on the channel to reveal its chart. Available for Google, Microsoft and Facebook only.
The API Feeds section provides you with insights into when the feed was last submitted (along with other useful information), allows you to manually submit your feed, and to adjust your auto-send settings.
When auto-send feed is set to on, our system will automatically resubmit your data feed to each channel every day, avoiding the possibility of your feed expiring, and keeping your product feed current to your website.
Additionally, by clicking on the "+ Add Feed" button, you will be redirected to the Feed Channels page, where you can activate additional feed channels that may not currently be active in your account.
Note: If you're using all of your currently available channels, the system will prompt you to upgrade your plan in the billing portal when you click "Activate."
If you're running URL feeds with S&O, you'll find their status in the "File Feeds" section of the dashboard.
Just like with API Feeds, click on the "+ Add Feed" button will redirect you to the Feed Channels page where you can activate any additional channels.
Note: If you're using all of your currently available channels, the system will prompt you to upgrade your plan in the billing portal when you click "Activate."
If you've connected your Google Ads account with our system, the Campaigns section on the bottom of the Feeds Dashboard page will provide you with performance insights to all of your active campaigns.
