When updating bids for Google and/or Bing Shopping campaigns, you may note a discrepancy in the number of products that are sent to Pending versus the number of products that were filtered in Update Bids and using Bid Suggestions.

This typically occurs because the Suggested Bid matches the Current CPC and therefore no change could be made to these products.
