FAQ: What does status "inactive" mean in Products?

In the Products table, you may come across products that have a status of inactive:

This is typically indicative two things:

  • Product No Longer in Google Merchant Center: The product is no longer active in your feed, either because it was removed or excluded

  • Products Table Cache is Outdated: The entire cache of products in this table may simply need to be refreshed. Click Import Products on this page to trigger a sync. Allow for at least 15 minutes for a full sync:
